How do you ensure chocolate quality during shipping?
We use insulated packaging and cold packs during warmer months to prevent melting. We also monitor weather patterns at the destination to determine the best shipping day for your order.
Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?
Yes, we carry a selection of high-quality dark chocolates that are naturally dairy-free, as well as specific vegan-certified treats. Please check the product descriptions for specific dietary labels.
Can I place a custom order for events or corporate gifting?
Absolutely! Chamberlains specializes in custom chocolate molds, personalized packaging, and large-scale orders for weddings, parties, and corporate events. Contact our team for a consultation.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your chocolates nut-free?
While we offer many products without nut ingredients, all of our chocolates are produced in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.
Do you offer local pickup at the cafe?
Yes, you can select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout. Your order will be prepared and held at our cafe location for you to collect during normal business hours.
